On the day: Getting around the event
We are thrilled to be able to offer this year's meeting on HopIn.
This on-line conference platform offers everything a physical meeting would - possibly more! Don't worry - the site is easy to find your way around! We have even prepared a virtual walkthrough demo you can watch any time on Youtube. |

There is a virtual Reception area, and a live Schedule for the day can be found here. If you do get a bit lost, go back there to find out what is happening.
Most things happen on the Stage - so that is where you will probably spend most of your time. This is where you will find our Guest Speakers and where Delegates will be voting on the business of the day. There will be frequent breaks throughout the day, though, so you have plenty of time to explore....

What else can I do?

During the Stage Breaks, do remember to go and see what is happening in Sessions. Here we welcome even more guest speakers' presentations, and this is where the event Info and Help Desk is to be found, staffed by WI Advisers and other helpful volunteers. Our Climate Ambassadors will also be running a Session here.
Take some time to look round the Expo. Think of this as our virtual 'Promenade' area. With updates and offers from our Sponsors, a chance to order Centenary +1 merchandise, and book your tickets for future celebration events, there is plenty to see and do here. You can also view the virtual Memorial Book, see the year's Awards and Certificates being presented, and catch up on news from around the Sub-Committees. And this is where you get your chance to vote on the Silver Cup entries. Open throughout the day.
And don't miss out on Networking - a separate room to chat with other guests.
